The Rent Roll tab provides a granular, bottom-up breakdown of all active leases within the entity, serving as the foundation for financial and operational management.

A comprehensive table presenting lease-level data, essential for precise revenue forecasting and vacancy planning:

  • Tenant Details: Identification of all active occupants.

  • Leased Area: Exact square footage per unit/lease.

  • Lease Timeline: Start, end, and critical option dates.

  • Financial Terms: Rental rates and total monthly/annual revenue streams. 

Export 

You can export a rent roll snapshot at any time using the Export option. Use the date picker to select the specific date you want to capture, and the export will reflect the rent roll data as it was on that chosen date.
