# Overview tab 

## The overview tab provides a high-level executive summary for the current fiscal year, enabling to instantly assess profitability, analyze cost structures, and identify performance trends.

#### **Primary KPIs**

| **Metric** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Rental Income YTD | Total accumulated rental income from the start of the fiscal year to date. |
| Entity ROI YTD   | Year-to-date Return on Investment, measuring asset efficiency relative to invested capital. |
| Entity ROE YTD | Year-to-date Return on Equity, measuring the return generated for equity holders. |

#### **Secondary Metrics**

| **Metric** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| NOI YTD | Net Operating Income; profit generated after operating expenses (pre-tax/financing). |
| EBT | Earnings Before Taxes; a core indicator of operational profitability. |
| Expenses YTD | Total accumulated operational expenditures for the current year. |
| CAPEX YTD | Total capital expenditures invested in asset improvements during the year. |

#### **Visual Insights & Analytics**

- **Revenue vs. Expenses:** A dynamic chart tracking income against outgoings to visualize profitability trends.
- **Operating Expenses Breakdown:** A granular view of current FY operational costs, categorized by type.

#### **P&L Table**

The P&L table provides a comprehensive view of financial performance, enabling you to track income, expenses, and key financial metrics.

You can:

- Compare the updated budget in Amiio against the actual P&L
- Compare the current year’s P&L with the previous year’s performance

#### **Balance Sheet**

The Balance Sheet provides a structured overview of the entity’s financial position, including assets, liabilities, and equity.

It enables you to:
