Amiio’s chat helps you go beyond simple answers by analyzing your real estate data, documents, and financial information in context. 

1. Amiio Chat 

Use the chat to ask questions about your properties, tenants, leases, documents, and financial data. Amiio can help you find answers, summarize information, compare sources, identify risks or opportunities, and turn results into clear outputs such as tables, summaries, or reports.

For best results, be specific. Mention the property, tenant, document, period, or metric you want Amiio to focus on. You can also ask follow-up questions to go deeper or request the answer in a different format.

2. Intelligent File Integration & Deep Analysis

Amiio AI Chat now supports external file uploads and can analyze uploaded documents together with existing Amiio data.

Users can upload documents such as financial statements, property reports, or supporting tenant files. Amiio can then cross-reference the uploaded content with the platform database to help validate information, identify discrepancies, and provide deeper insights.

How to use it

  1. Open Amiio AI Chat.
  2. Upload the relevant file using the + button. Supported files : Excel, CSV, PNG, PDF
  3. Ask Amiio a question about the document or request a comparison with existing Amiio data.
  4. Review the generated answer, summary, or validation.

  • “Compare this lease agreement with the tenant data in Amiio.”
  • “Summarize the key financial figures from this file.”

3. Instant Data Export & Document Creation

Users can now ask Amiio AI Chat to generate summaries, tables, and insights from their data and export them into usable formats.

This helps users quickly prepare internal analysis and structured datasets without manually collecting information from multiple sources.

How to use it

  1. Open Amiio AI Chat.
